Chief Flight Instructors (CFIs) and school instructors can design tailored courses with various exercises, each consisting of individual tasks. Instructors can assign grades, add comments, and provide recommendations to benefit the next instructor, enhancing collaboration and consistency.
Course Requirements
Requirements ensure compliance at every stage of a student’s progress, whether for specific milestones (e.g., first solo) or the entire course. The CloudBaseGA Online Platform automatically updates these requirements using Tech Log and member profile data, reducing manual effort.

AutoLog Flight Assignments
After a training flight, one or more training exercises can be assigned to each AutoLog flight record. Flight time can be categorized into types such as Dual, Solo/PIC, Day, Night, Navigation, Instrument, and Asymmetric, enabling precise allocation of hours to specific training categories for accurate progress tracking.

Progress Tracking
The CloudBaseGA Online Platform simplifies tracking student progress, particularly when multiple instructors are involved. Incomplete exercises are highlighted in pink, and the next exercise is determined by the instructor upon completing the current training record. Each flight record allows free-text comments and recommendations for the next instructor. All student records can be exported as PDFs for easy access and reporting.
