Airfield Movements

Simplify, Streamline, Succeed

Track Airfield Movement with CloudBaseGA

Maintaining accurate airfield movement records is essential for compliance and operational planning, particularly for airfields requiring privileges from Border Force for international flight dispatching and receiving.

CloudBaseGA enables residents to book in and out remotely and provides a paperless, centralised record for all airfield users, ensuring reliable management.

Resident Booking In/Out

Residents can log into CloudBaseGA on their mobile devices before entering their aircraft (or while warming up their engine). For existing users, the booking in/out option is readily available on the dashboard. Users can enter estimated time of departure (ETD), destination, passengers on board (PoB), and return date, with their usual aircraft and name automatically populated for convenience.

In the Tower

Once residents book out, a movement “strip” is generated and appears within seconds on the tower’s screen (or any designated movements admin display), providing real-time visibility for operations staff.

Visitor Booking In/Out

Visitors, who are not airfield residents, cannot use personal CloudBaseGA accounts to register movements. Instead, a tablet can be placed in the tower or another convenient location, allowing visitors to book in and out efficiently.
